Amazing customer service! Colleen and Katie went above and beyond to help me find a mother-daughter neckless that had been lost. It was intended to be a birthday gift to my daughter from her 7 year old daughter. So this grandma was on a mission to get a replacement. The kindness and understanding of these 2 extraordinary women saved the day. I am so grateful :)

If I could give 0 stars I do would I left there with my daughters ear pierced on the middle and back of the ear to the bottom of her ear lobe I’m literally super upset. I will never ever come here to pierce anything and I asked the girl have u done babies before are u comfortable to do a piercing on a baby and she said yes she’s done so many babies. (Lie) I don’t recommend sending any babies or kids to get their ears pierced here.

They are one of the world's leading specialty retailers of fashionable jewelry and accessories for young women, teens, tweens and kids.They usually run deals like the one the day we went Buy 3 get 3 free. Sounds like a great deal, but there prices are pretty expensive. So it's like your paying for all 6 items. When I walked in the two young girls where in the back with there heads peaking out on there cell phones and giggling. They lost my sale.

I am very disappointed in the evening staff. I’ve been trying to come in before my class starts @5:45 every night this week and they have been closing before their business hours. They should be open until 6pm not a minute more! I asked them kindly to let me in to make a purchase and they rudely told me no we already closed the drawer! I have been a customer for many years and sadly i will not be coming back or recommending them to anyone!

Very rude sales associates. Refused to refund me money for earrings I never wore and still had the receipt/tags on them. They did offer store credit but I barely shop in there. The sales associate was very rude to me. Will not be returning.

Charisma had so much CHARISMA. she provided great service and excellent piercings for my friends. i wasn’t over 18 so she suggested i get fake ones! what a queen ! one fell off but i’m satisfied with my experience. love u charisma , love chloe griffin gabe ariella aliza mahki and eli ???????
