“Bob is a man of his word. He said the repair would take a day, it took a day. He said he would call me when it was ready, he called me when it was ready. He said the cost of the repair would be around $100, it was under a $100. I had checked with multiple other computer repair shops in the area and none were as transparent, forthcoming and or reasonable as Bob. If and when I have any issues with my personal electronics in the future, this place will be my first stop.”
