The service at Ertle Subaru is Excellent.
The Enployees are respectful as soon as you enter the building.
Repairs, oil changes any questions from service advisors are quickly accomplished.
My car was serviced today by Tafik (auto technician) and the service advisor Pedro,
Could not ask for a more positive experience,

I came in and Bernardo helps me with the purchase of a new vehicle. He was very helpful knowing it was my first car I was buying he was polite And patient. I would highly recommend going to them. They have good attitudes and very professional even the guy that helped with paperwork he made the experience of filling out tons of paperwork better. I had one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had at Subaru. AJ was fantastic — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. The finance department was great as well, and sales manager made me feel truly welcome from the moment I walked in. Honestly, everyone I interacted with was friendly and supportive. I was in and out in about three hours, which is unheard of when purchasing a car. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I can’t recommend this team enough — thank you all for making this such a positive experience.

I had a great experience from start to finish buying my 2025 Hybrid Forester. I started with the online sales team who set me up to test drive some cars and made sure I was given a gift card as offered. Then the entire sales team was very respectful, knowledgeable and pressure-free. They got me the car I wanted at a great price. Lia was especially helpful as my sales associate and Joann was terrific showing me the all of the car's amazing features. I am thrilled to be a part of the Ertle Subaru family!

(December 2025)Thank you Ertle Subaru for helping get my family in yet again another beautiful car. This is our 5th subaru from Ertle and I've had my eye on this one for a month. You guys did the best by us and you have me eating my words. Nico is extremely personable and professional. Wonderful conversation and was a pleasure to work with. Dave was beyond exceptional. He was clear, no BS, and extremely understanding. Everything was open for us see and read. Thank you for taking the time out of a very busy day. It's extremely appreciated. We hope to see them again for our next car. Shortest time ever spent and definitely our best experience at Ertle Subaru. Thank you for everything!
(August 2021)I went into Subaru thinking I was just going for An oil change, but the mechanics found that all of my tires were badly warn. I also had bad breaks, and alignment was very off. Being I drive my car Almost everyday I didn't notice the issues, i think i was use to it. Its a brand new subaru ascent.. shouldnt have any issues, first owner! My ascent is the 5th subaru me and my husband have purchased from ertle in 9 years. Total bill came out to over any amount i was able to pay. Totally not ready, especially with the cost of living these days. When I got home i tried to get an increase on my credit card.... i pulled in with a rental and a panic attack. Tiffany called me and told me she was able to get me tires at no cost and an excellent warranty on them.I dont think I have EVER had someone go above and beyond for me to the extent she did. I felt appreciated and cared about. It took me too long to get this review out, but I am extremely happy with the service I received and its unforgettable. Thank you.

My experience was well below average as I had to go in twice to get a somewhat satisfactory deal. I had to leave the first time because the numbers were unaffordable. When I originally reached out, the car quotes by Ashley were much lower. To begin, Sean made it really hard to negotiate and even the deal I got should have been better. Sean was not willing to permit me to pay less than what I was paying on my other car and get some financial breathing room. Furthermore, they low balled my trade ins as I had two cars. I was misinformed about the interest rate as well which made the price higher than I anticipated. Another discrepancy was I had to make another payment on one of my trade ins which brought down the buyout, but nothing was adjusted on my end for it. Basically, nothing was done by the dealership to help me on a deal. Also, the free home delivery was an inconvenient disaster being a hour and forty-five minutes late which meant an unnecessary eighty miles were put on my new car along with depleting what I expected to be a full tank of gas to deliver it the next day. Even the attempt to rectify the situation was not reasonable. The perks were not reviewed until the signing of the paperwork; even though, I am unable to participate in them since I live two hours away. Now, I am having difficulty setting up an appointment with Joann to go over the tech features of the car as she has been unresponsive. The only reason I ended up buying the 2025 Subaru Legacy Sport is because I was not going to drive to NJ for one because this is the last year of production for this car so they are limited. This experience was far from easy or stress free. Overall, what can be gleaned from this experience is many lessons were learned.
