Good place and great people! I liked that they weren’t right on us when we were on the lot looking around. The process was simple and we drove off in the car we wanted. We didn’t have an appointment & just showed up and when we were ready, Steve was there to help us out and answer all questions we had. Johnny was also great to deal with, they made it feel as though we knew them for years. Thank you Steve & Johnny!!

Spoke with a sales rep about purchasing a used car. Asked if they are willing to negotiate. Initially they said yes and asked what am I looking at. While I was giving my reason and quoting my price, they realized carfax says its a "great deal", they stopped me and said sorry but not willing to negotiate now and whatever you see is our best price. I mean wow that shifted gears within a minute. I am not judging anyone but wish they held their grounds if they did not wish to negotiate in the first place. Making customer give reasons and saying no bluntly ain't good sales tactic.

Stephanie was fantastic. I completely enjoyed working with her and the rest of the staff at Ertle. I purchased a new Subaru. They did not have the trim package I was looking for on the lot, but they got one in for me in under a week. While I waited for the new car to come in, they gave me a brand new loaner to drive. Between my husband and I, this is our 5th Subaru. We have bought the last 3 from Ertle. I love my new car and would recommend Ertle and Stephanie to my family and friends.

My service advisor was Kathy Aimer. My wife and I have been dealing with Her for many years and she is the tops. She's the best anytime we have. Any questions we can call or she gets back to us right away. She always greets us when we come in by our first names. It's she makes it feel a great experience having her working. There is definitely an asset.

$17,000 in debt and only had the car for a year, had problems with the car the first week and it's been spotty ever since. Tried to get an extended warranty on my transmission since it's only a couple thousand miles over and got denied, now I'm left with a car that's not reliable and debt thank you Subaru for giving me a wonderful memory for my first car in life I really appreciate it.*UPDATE*Meghan Ertle made things right for me ?

I brought my car in for a recall. I appreciate the free multipoint inspection, but I don’t appreciate being informed that my inner axle boot is torn and is throwing grease on my brakes. In the 25 yrs I’ve been in the automotive profession, I’ve never seen grease from an axle thrown horizontally 18-24 inches from the “inboard” axle boot to the brakes. More realistic would be the outboard axle boot that’s right next to your brake component’s. That I can understand. Im hoping it was just miscommunication between the technician and advisor. But it begs the questions, is it a lack of knowledge on the advisor’s behalf, a technician that isn’t being trustworthy in this scenario, or worse than that, a scare tactic being utilized to try and get an up sell? Either way, it was taken negatively on my behalf and feel it should be addressed with the technician and advisor. This is the type of thing that gives dealerships a bad wrap, making customers think they are not trustworthy. It’s unacceptable. My car was on a lift the day prior to being dropped off because I did an oil change on it. I know what items need to be addressed and I know the boots are torn and that there is no grease on the brake components. I honestly was going to let it slide and not bring anything up, but when I picked up my car and saw how dirty it was left by the technician, I decided to leave this review. My vehicle is an 07 with 126k miles on it. It’s a commuter vehicle. It’s not pristine, but for the age, it’s pretty clean. The moment I sat in it, I was upset with how many dirt smudges were on the headliner, front A pillars, floor carpeting and door panels. As a former technician, I always took pride in my work and would never let a vehicle out of my bay looking like this.

On October 16, 2023 I was scheduled for service on my 2020 Forester. Vince Ashley my service coordinator was great. He fully explained what was going to be done to the car and the price. I was given a loaner, my service was to take several hours so a loaner was provided. By 3:30 that Sam’s day my was car ready. I picked up my car paid for it and out the door. I am 50 minutes from the dealership. I have found Ertle Subaru to be very thorough and helpful in every way. If you plan to have work done be sure to ask for Vince Ashley, great guy.

Another great experience getting my vehicle serviced at Ertle Subaru. Kathy, my service advisor, made check-in quick and easy, and kept me updated as work on my vehicle proceeded. All work was completed professionally and in a timely fashion. Thanks for the excellent service.

This review is based mostly upon the most recent time my car was and last time my car ever will be at Ertle Subaru.1) My car was brand new when it was there for its first ecer servicing and they scratched it. 2) My car was 6 months old when one tire began losing air. They did not ever do a submersion test to.check foe a nail despite me.explaining I am a.SN mom and it's extremely hard to get my car in. 3) Fast.forward 10 months they tell me I need 4 new tires even though they only have 30k miles and I was juat told they are in great shape...and then they passed my tires on statr inspection. 4) This.final visiy they smashed a personal item in my backseat out of carelessness and had zero comment when told. 5) I failed state inspection but found out myswlf when I got outside after I paid. I wad NOT given tje official form in case I am pulled over. 6) I investigated a trade-in and not one but two hard credit checks were run without notification or permission.7) They rotatwd my hubcaps, not my tires. It's too bad negative stars ia not an option.

I had an excellent buying experience at Ertle Subaru. I found Eric, my sales consultant, personable, knowledgeable and informative. He not only answered my questions but answered some that I should have asked. He made certain that I was comfortable with the features of my Subaru Forester before leaving the dealership. I recommend Ertle Subaru without reservation.

My husband and I bought a Subaru ascent 2023 onyx edition with trading in our old Subaru. Juan and Nick were fantastic. They really make you feel like you’re family. I was ready for hard negotiations and tricks, but I found these people to be very honest and not corrupt at all like I’ve seen in other dealerships. We ended up buying the car very comfortably the way we were able to afford to and recommend anyone who wants to buy a Subaru to go to THIS specific dealership first. Thank you so much guys. Definitely recommending friends and family to you!

Great experience working with this dealership. They worked with me on my trade in and a few other things. They all engaged in conversation with me and my family. They called a week later to check up and see how my new vehicle was going. Will definitely buy another used car from them given the chance. I did rub into an issue with the truck I bought a few days later and told them it goes into the shop this week and Xander said if my warranty doesn't cover the issue that they would work it out. Not many dealerships do any of this!
