Last night I went to this AT&T to go over my account in regards to my data usage. I had a horrible experience at the AT&T in Bartonsville and I will honestly never go there again. The employee didn't want to be bothered with me, when were no customers in the store, so I asked for a manager only to be told she was the manager. SO this is why I ended up in the Stroud mall, where I have to say I had the best experience I've ever had with AT&T and I was hesitant to go after my experience in Bartonsville two weeks prior. Matt Mancini was working and I want to say how helpful he was. He went over my data usage with me and answered all my questions. He also went over a few changes to make my bill a little more affordable for me. I left the store feeling like I accomplished something, that my questions were answered and overall happy that I went there. So thank you Matt for all your help! I truly appreciated it!
