This place is actually the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They replaced a part under my dash which later FELL ON MY FOOT. They also promised me it would be done in time for a work trip, and I had to leave 6 hours late because they wouldn’t give me an equivalent loaner (a 2500 truck) that I needed for said work trip.
I drive another 30+ minutes to go to Wind Gap Chevy, the lead tech is awesome, and they are so much better to deal with than Gray. And I’m far from the only customer who will drive twice as far to go there!

If I could give less than one star I truly would. Went in for a state inspection. Everything went smooth in the beginning, the man that checked me in was so helpful and kind. It all went south when I noticed that a technician drives my car out of the parking spot going 50 mph and that he’s gone for 35-40 minutes. I understand fully that a state inspection requires a test drive, NOT to be gone for 35-40 minutes, fully expected a drive to the Weis two minutes down the road and back as a technician can easily tell the handling and components of a state inspection for a 2025 car has checked out with flying colors with a five minute drive down 611. Anybody would be worried seeing a technician drive their new car that fast and be gone for that amount of time. Cherry on top is that the service departments general manager explains that it’s “required to go on the highway” and explains that he has to loop back and that traffic at this time is crazy, nowhere in requirements of a state inspection is a highway drive necessary and it was NOT busy to be in “traffic” as the managers excuse was for the 35 minute lap of time. I would not even waste your time to come to the service department to sit there for over an hour and thirty minutes for an inspection that includes a 35-40 minute test drive that a technician is driving your new car unsafe and for that long. Oh and for the general manager to talk down to you and lie to you about PA state inspection requirements.

I had such a great experience with Bobby and the team. They were incredibly informative, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. The two-hour drive was absolutely worth it. They treated my trade-in with care and respect, never rushed me, and made the whole process comfortable—and the coffee was great too! I even walked out with my new Chevy the same day.

Maurice Sankey was great to work with. I walked out feeling heard and respected with the deal I was wanted. Mike Landry was helpful in the financing. Better then some other dealerships I dealt with in my buying journey.
Above was 6 years ago. I’ve been back twice since and Bobby Balmoos helped me both times. He remembered my preferences from 4 years ago. And while going through the vehicle he was quicker then me to point out things I wouldn’t like but gave me reasons to give them a chance. And he wasn’t wrong.
