My wife and I traveled from Central New York to buy our car at Gray Chrysler because we couldn't find what we wanted locally. (note to other dealers reading this post: there are more colors to choose from than white, gray and silver) I'm glad we did because the whole experience of buying a car from Gray Chrysler was memorable and pleasant. Luis, Kevin and Brandon are exceptional at what they do. We've never purchased a car from outside of NY so we didn't know what to expect. These guys ironed out all the details and everything went smoothly.
I can't stress enough how professionally we were treated during our purchase. These guys are the epitome of professional, courteous gentleman.
