Love this location and the personable cashier, ANGELA, that engages with customers like an old friend. She smiles, chats and processes the transaction all in one motion.
I purchase multiple items and yet never had an issue returning anything on the 90 day policy.
Their computers are updated for easy transactions and purchases are connected to the rewards program by your phone number for easy access and look-up.
Recently, I signed up for the yearly subscription that entitles the consumer more discounts and greater sales promotion. Awesome.
Also, when an item is returned, their computer system credits my credit card immediately not like other merchants where the credit shows up days later.
Keep up the great work team!
The store is a newer location up near Stroud Mall and smaller than others I have stopped but all merchandise was neat and categorized with bright lights.

I walked into Harbor Freight on N 9th Street in Stroudsburg on a rough day, just hoping to ask a quick question about the 24-month equal pay option. What I didn’t expect was to be completely uplifted by the outstanding professionalism and care I received from Kathy.
From the moment I approached her, Kathy treated me with patience, respect, and genuine understanding. She didn’t just answer my question—she went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and make sure I left with full confidence. Her calm presence, positivity, and dedication turned what started as a stressful day into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Harbor Freight needs to recognize Kathy as a true rockstar of their team. She embodies what top-tier customer service should be: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring about customers. I left not only with the information I needed, but also with a smile I didn’t think I’d find that day.
If every employee was like Kathy, Harbor Freight would set the gold standard in customer service nationwide. Give this woman the recognition she deserves!

Pretty typical harbor freight. It's relatively new so it's clean and the staff seems to take good care of the place and have always been very friendly and helpful
