It was an excellent experience working with Heather. She was so personable, extremely patience in answering questions, and explaining options, I was impressed with her professionalism and it’s the caliber of staff like Heather that I will return for future rentals.

We use Hertz from time to time because we have a local repair shop up the street. GREAT service! Heather (i think that was her name) & Christian are awesome! Will continue to use them!

If I could give them a lower score I would. They lie and tell you to that you need to take the extra insurance coverage out knowing you have full coverage on your vehicle. Then charge you ridiculous amount of money for this insurance. Then when you question them about this they only say this is part of our training. So we have to push it. Then they redirect you to talk to their manager that in never available. When he calls back he has a bit of an attitude and swears his people would never do this and says he isn't doing anything to help the situation. This is a horrible company to rent from. I definitely recommend going somewhere else.

This location has been closed for around 5 months but in the Google maps it still shows as open. I came to the site today and saw it is closed since June 25, 2023. Why they haven't updated it?
