“As a beginner just getting into sewing, buying thread here was a frustrating experience. The Gutermann thread display rack is confusing and difficult to navigate when you're trying to find what you actually need. I asked an employee for help finding a strong thread for heavy canvas work clothes, and they incorrectly pointed me to a decorative embroidery thread instead. Definitely makes it tough for a beginner to get the right supplies without second-guessing.
