Kristina is incredibly skilled. My hair was very poorly cut by a different stylist/salon and she did an amazing job evening it up as much as possible. It will take a couple 'correction' visits before we can actually cut and style it the way I want it. And I am confident Kristina will get me there. She also educated me on how best to style it, was professional and personable. I’m so glad I found her!

I again have the perfect blend of colors to create a warm complement to my olive skin tone. This doesn't feel like a mass produced factory setting. Everything was customized to a tee and Christina did a great job tailoring the color and cut best suited to cover my grays and leave a vibrant and lustrous finish.

Fallon was very sweet but unfortunately she didn’t know what she was doing. I came in wanting face framing layers and bangs but left with my hair looking like lion king. She basically cut my ends and that was it, none of what I asked was done. She didn’t do the bangs or layers and she also didn’t cut it evenly. We paid because we were trying to avoid any problems and everyone was sweet but it came out horrible. My mom also had an appointment with her and canceled it once she saw my hair. We immediately went to another hair salon and they thankfully fixed my hair up for me. But I had to pay for a brand new cut and blow out on top of what I already paid. I’m honestly surprised she even let me walk out like that, she didn’t even try to fix it. Once I saw my hair I wanted to leave. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning here.

BEST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD! CHANGED MY LIFE. I had maddy as a stylist. I asked for a perm and a mullet haircut. 10/10 exactly what i asked for. Was nervous because i’ve only ever been to barbers before. Took the risk and never felt better about the way I looked in my life. Would recommend to anyone. She deserves an infinite amount of stars. The salon is clean and professional everyone is very nice.

It is always a pleasure to see Ed with his kind and sweet demeanor. I look forward to my Salon appt and getting my hair cut and colored by Ed. Ed is very professional and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Ed.

My experience at Ken and Company hair salon was incredibly disappointing and disorganized. From the outset, the owner's rude and disrespectful behavior was evident. He repeatedly interrupted me during our conversation and even hung up on me, showing a complete lack of professionalism.
Initially, I was told I could use my gift card towards a product purchase. However, when I attempted to redeem it, they suddenly changed their policy and refused to honor it. After expressing my frustration, they reluctantly scheduled an appointment for me, but only after I insisted, as I didn't want to waste the money on a gift card they wouldn't honor.
The red flags continued with numerous calls from the staff asking me to confirm the service type, despite having already done so multiple times during previous visits. This repetitive request added to my frustration, considering I had confirmed the specifics for the appointment on four separate occasions in person and over the phone.
During my visit I felt uncomfortable as the owner hovered nearby, clearly eavesdropping on my conversation with the new hairdresser. This invasion of privacy made the experience unsettling and unprofessional.
As if the flags weren’t enough already to make matters worse, I agreed to have hair extensions installed during the appointment. Despite their supposed expertise, they overcharged me and the extensions, charging me for a row when it is considered a patch being just 2” wide but worst of all the extensions started falling out just four days later! This forced me to spend more money at another salon while on vacation to fix their poor work that I had just paid $700+ for!
Additionally, the products they recommended are subpar. Despite trying several, none lived up to their promises. It was clear that the salon prioritizes sales over providing quality products and services.
Overall, my time at Ken and Company was dreadful. The owner's disrespectful behavior, mishandling of appointments, and substandard services and products left me feeling cheated and thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this salon and instead seek out a more professional establishment that respects its clients and delivers on its promises.

Honestly..best experience at a hair salon I’ve had in a while. The place was clean, staff were professional and very knowledgeable. I haven’t walked out of a salon loving my hair in a long time.. Timmy listened to what my goals were for my hair and he delivered! Came out exactly how i imagined. Definitely will be going back. Highly recommend.

Maddy is such an excellent stylist! She always makes me feel so comfortable in her chair! She’s so personable and attentive. She always answers any questions I have without judgement and helps me achieve that look I want. She truly makes it such a great experience coming to Ken & Co. I always feel confident that I’m going to have a a great cut when I book with Maddy!
