I needed to get struts on my car. Dina was absolutely amazing with helping bmw. He made sure my car got towed to kost and they did an excellent job. Thank you Dino and the mechanic for all you did for me. They are so pleasant and courteous to their customers and the lady who works bthere is so informative band is excellent vas well.

My family and I have been coming here for years. They always take great care of us, I have since moved out of the area and come back just to have my car worked on by them. Always very honest and trustworthy!

I visited this location after being referred by neighbor. The initial visit i was met with a friendly and professional young lady who explained she could not book an appt to check a shifting problem on my Durango. I advised that I wanted the tran/selenoid shifting sensor replaced. She suggested that they open around 7:30 and I should arrive prior in order to be seen. The following day I returned as instructed I met John who arranged for my car to be looked at. Upon evaluation unfortunately they felt the problem was more suitable for a transmission specialist. They could have attempted a repair and charged me. I'm appreciative of their honesty and integrity. Also appreciative of John's professionalism and candor.

I went there to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation. They changed me for all that they were supposed to do and didn’t rotate my tires or change my oil. Poor excuse for a business like them. I used to think that they were okay; not anymore!!!!

I went to the Kost Tire in Stroudsburg today to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed. I need to have an appointment to wait as I do not have someone to take me back and forth. I was told that they do not take appointments and it is first come, first served, I could not set up appointment to have this done while waiting. Needless to say I have spent over $ 800.00 with this location last September to have my water pump replaced in my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I found a local competitor that was able to schedule an oil change while I wait.
Poor service, especially for repeat customer.
