The staff is quick and kind, with employees noted for going above and beyond to help with adjustments and providing top tier customer service. The management is also helpful in resolving issues, such as addressing a manufacturer's defect or working with customers to fix problems within the 30-day period, including frame replacements, often with no additional cost. Customers indicate they will definitely return.
The establishment is always clean and the staff is courteous and helpful (Amanda and John, and the receptionist whose name escapes me!).
