We are very pleased with all the staff at Lincare. My husband was very reluctant to begin using a CPAP machine. After spending time with Davis, who went over everything in great detail, he was anxious to give it a try. He has been very successful in a short amount of time. Thank you for everything!

My experience with this Lincare location has been excellent. Davis Rodriguez, the Specialty Equipment Tech, was very knowledgable and helpful. He thoroughly went over the CPAP equipment functions with me. I recommend him and this location highly.

my husband had to get a cpap machine. the first company that the dr sent us to was terrible, so i called medicare and they sent me the link to LINCARE. we just got home from getting his cpap set up.first off the office staff is wonderful..... on the ball and they follow up- if they say they will call, they CALL! they are pleasant and professional, willing to go above and beyond.the specialty equipment tech: davis rodriquez..... oh man thank you so much, he explained everything clearly, showed us how the machine worked, followed with extra information about insurance, how the machine worked etc. we left his office feeling secure in being able to help my husband use his new machine. davis actually made us feel safe, and in good hands.

The local people are exceptional. They provide excellent customer service ,are warm and friendly. However the company policy about providing the portable oxygen machine is unsatisfactory.

Horrible place. My doctor discontinued my oxygen concentrator on 8/4/2023. The doctor already faxed them 3 times and they keep telling me they never received a fax. I don't know what to do to get these people to pick up there equipment. They keep charging me as long as I have it. I haven't used it since my doctor discontinued it.

I had problems with my mask usage and came in and sat with Mr. David Rodriguez (Specialty Equipment Technician) who explained and showed me in detail how to use my mask and machine. He has given me hope (as a new user) not to give up on my usage. I further appreciate his care in patient’s needs for the apap/Cpap usage.

We had the pleasure of having service rep Ronnie B. come to my mother- in- law's home to provide an oxygen concentrator. He throughly explained everything. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and courteous. We would highly recommend him.

Well, our relationship did not start out on the best of terms, since Lincare’s billing department in Texas and oither external offices made some serious errors, insisting for many months that I got a new CPAP machine when I didn’t. Ultimately, a thorough investigation by the local office under the supervision of Rebecca, Rosa, and others, found the billing error and saved the day. As a result, I received a new updated model machine and some excellent guidance from the local technology specialist (David Rodriguez) on how to use use it. Consequently, I would give the local Lincare office five stars for its excellence in getting to the root of the problem and solving it. And for those in the central offices, I would give no stars for their constant delays and mistaken billing that they insisted was correct, when it was anything but.
