Employees are described as very pleasant, great to deal with, and happy to answer questions and walk new customers through the process step by step. They did not try to sell a bigger unit just to get a higher fee. Customer service is easy to contact if needed. The experience of checking in for a unit was smooth. There is a special touch of a new customer package. Security is noted, with a call received to inform a customer their unit was not properly locked. However, there can be initial issues, such as a broken gate or difficulty finding an inside unit. At one point, a customer could not access their unit with the given code, which was super disappointing, but customer service was able to resolve the issue. Overall, it is considered an amazing experience and a trusted name.
I have been using Locktyte self storage (Cubesmart) for many years now. I always appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the location it's in. Clarissa is very good at her job and always offers the best customer service, finding out any information I request and addressing any concerns I have.
