They did not try to sell a bigger unit just to get a higher fee. Customer service is easy to contact if needed. The experience of checking in for a unit was smooth. There is a special touch of a new customer package. Security is noted, with a call received to inform a customer their unit was not properly locked. However, there can be initial issues, such as a broken gate or difficulty finding an inside unit. At one point, a customer could not access their unit with the given code, which was super disappointing, but customer service was able to resolve the issue. Overall, it is considered an amazing experience and a trusted name.
