Took my vehicle in for an inspection. I was told that the rotors on my rear breaks were cracked. I asked to be shown. The mechanic (name unknown) attempted to show me the crack. I couldn't see it nor could I feel it. The break pads and rotors were replaced less than 2,000 miles ago, so I was skeptical. I refused the service. Took the vehicle for another inspection. The mechanic told me that my rotors were fine, no cracks, and the car passed inspection. As a woman, I am suspicious that I will be taken advantage of so I always double check. I will never ever go back to Midas and I will tell of my negative experience whenever possible.

Twice now this shop broke spark plugs and glow plugs in our vehicles leaving a headache. Shut them down, BBB was contacted as well.
