Muscle Inc is a classic private bodybuilder gym and a solid spot to get a workout done. It is for people who want to get jacked up and train hard, offering a very nice environment. The owners, trainers, and front desk staff are very nice and knowledgeable with bodybuilding prep and nutrition. The gym has great equipment, including calibrated plates and an Ohio stiff bar for powerlifters. It provides great value and a great vibe. Visitors can use day and week passes. Street parking is available with a meter between 9-6, except Sunday and holidays when it is free.

Solid spot to get your workout on. If you know what you're doing; you can get it done there. I'm a returning customer. Every time I visit the Poconos I go to Muscle Inc.
