Gerard and his brother have been the most honest, fair, helpful, and kind mechanics I have found since I started driving. They taught me stuff about both cars I've taken in and helped me fix and understand both. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

yesterday Monday 01/29/24, I made an appointment for today 01/30/24 @11:00, for tinted window, I arrived at my appointment and surprise the response was the person who makes it is not here, I understand but we all have a schedule, it was very easy to give me a phone call and say don't come, not professional.

I highly recommend Next Level Auto. Got a european car? This is the place to check out. They did an awesome job with my 2007 mini copper sport. The owner, Gerard, is dedicated to getting the vehicle fixed. My car had some issues that showed up after other repairs. Gerard kept with it until it was resolved. Great shop, good service.

Was really not impressed by them. Stopped in to discuss remote starters. Waited like 20 minutes for someone to be available to talk to. When he showed up he walked past us into the office and the poor guy behind the counter went to tell him we were waiting to talk to him. He gave the kid a price and that was all we got. No discussion about what we would be getting, features, options, nothing. These guys have no idea what customer service is. I was interested in taking to them about window tint on my truck too, never even got the chance. Just awful. I'll look elsewhere.
