Terrible service .. complete misinformation.. clerk did not want to do her job.. we had info from the court directly on the process and was still told it was wrong... Somehow the court is wrong but the office lady is always correct

If I could give a negative or zero stars I would. One lady was there who was rude, stupid, & lazy. Messed up my title completely. Now I have to contact Penn Dot to fix my title & now wait again! Penn Dot is definitely no better either, & now I'll have another headache to deal with! This place needs to hire people that know what their doing. Here is an example of how dumb this lady was: The out of state title was handed to the lady & she still asked what vehicle it was! All vehicle info was on the title! Maybe Walmart is hiring for this lady to hand out stickers. She was also rude by taking a longer lunch break than posted on a written piece of paper. I'm sure that's illegal!

This place is the worst Diana do not know her job period. I went in January to transfer my vehicle from New York to PA. I had all my paperwork, quick to collect my money and give me a temporary registration it took her 3 months to get back to me saying how PA DMV requesting a cancel check or a letter from New York DMV showing I paid the sale tax from for my vehicle mind you I give her a copy of my contract with the bank and a agreement of sale, she claims that do not work. When I reach out to PA DVM just to find out she did my paperwork wrong… Diana held on to my title for a week would not give me it no matter, she made I returned the temporary registration and plates then give me my title. I went to Dawn title and tag got my original registration and a new plate in 5 minutes without any issues. Stay away from this place these people do not know they job and will mess your paperwork up and would not help you.
