Worst bank ever. Super fast to take your money but to help they can’t. It sucks that you have people there whether you speak English or Spanish, they still can’t understand you. Elizabeth was super wrong and upset that she was incorrect with her information. Glad I don’t use them as a main account now once I’m done with closing I will be closing this account.

I went to this location with my friend, who had to set up a new account. Carolyn helped us and she was super nice and answered any question we had.

Surprised they have 2 stars.This bank is the best bank in the area and that’s the sad part.Because of this I’m sure this is why they feel they can be rude AF to the people who keep their money in the bank.Like they’re the ones doing you a favor.

Been on the phone with them over an hour trying to ask a simple question and they keep putting me on hold and to call different departments. You guys need to get better because it’s ridiculous and I still haven’t solve my issue

This branch sucks! Big time! Came here while in the Arlington Heights area to cash my payroll check. Never been to this branch so I thought I'd just cash it here. Walked up to teller and presented my Driver's License (ID) and a card with my account number on it. Not good enough apparently as she requested my debit card anyway.Huh? I literally just gave you my account number (which is connected to the debit card) and you still want my debit card? Which was B.S since she never even looked at the debit card or the card number, CCV, ect. Teller was also a very unpleasant person to deal with as she didn't even say hello.Never coming back to this branch ever again! And I'd recommend to anyone else stay far away as well.

i dealt with one lady who does not know how to handle customer service over something that was PNCs fault. attitude both times i saw her. no wonder the place is rated 2 stars

Whatever you do - do not open an account with PNC bank. If you have an account - you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere. Their incredible incompetence is astounding. I wouldn't give them 1 star. I've done business with quite a few banks in my 40 years and can say with 100% accuracy that PNC Bank is the worst bank in the business. As soon as you enter the building you are met by a woman with a clipboard asking you what you want. You tell them and they refer you to call a phone number. You call that number they gave you and it turns out to be a fax number. Then you go back and they say they can't help you and give you the right number. Only that isn't the right number either. They act like your there to rob the place. The worst customer service I've ever received from a bank and it wasn't even called "service". It's like don't come in my building you can do everything on line or by calling a phone number.
