Called 1st to see if they had my favorite Root Beer ice yes they did so special trip to get a large Gelato! Yeah..NOT! The root beer ice was light in color plus and mast important had N0 Flavor!!!! My husband took it back to the window explained. She gave us another one WELL should I finish? It was the same but this one had big clumps of ICE. Have had issues with the Stroudsburg Ritas been going to Wind Gap! That’s exactly where we will go from now on!!!! Very disappointing!!!?☹️?

Madison was very rude as she ask me to park my car in a different spot. Her tone and delivery was nasty and she spoke to me like she didn’t want to serve she is probably a racist first time and last time going to this

RITAS IS FOR RICH PEOPLE. While we where talking to one of our worker friends, the other worker started being rude saying we were being annoying, when we've came in the past and didnt have any problems to that worker.

I had never been to a Rita's Italian Ice before now. My brother has me addicted. From the custard to the Italian ices with real fruit in them, I've never had anything like this. The prices are reasonable and it's a refreshing snack all summer long. Well worth a visit.
