It carries an excellent selection of groceries, and the butchers are knowledgeable and helpful. Many customers enjoy shopping here, noting the helpful staff and the convenience of the pizza and smoke house prepared foods sections, as well as easy online catering. The store features exclusive brands like Bowl & Basket and Paperbird. However, the store has notable issues. The deli counter is consistently described as a disaster—tiny, inefficient, and always understaffed. Orders must be placed via a mobile kiosk with a long wait, but they are often not ready on time or are incorrect, leading to frustration. Checkout is another frequent problem, with consistently poor experiences, including issues redeeming rainchecks and painful processes, though a recent visit noted fast checkout despite crowds. While prices are good and the overall store is enjoyed, these operational flaws in the deli and checkout are significant drawbacks.
I think someone or most, abusing the digital checkout. In my case more than one time, service person from I asked for help, did not record all digital coupons. I just checked last one , they have not taking proper discaunt on wonderful pistachio. this was not first time. Many times if i catch ,need to spend extra 15 minutes... read full comment

A lot of stuff decent staff, but watch your checkout we have had an issue with 2 of their cashiers, but other than that, a very good place update: one of the problem cashiers is gone
