Very poor customer service. Apparently, it's common for the mattresses to be defective and deflate, but if its past the 1 year warranty, customer must pay for replacement! This product is too expensive as it is, not really that comfortable, but to have to pay for replacement of the air chamber on a product less then 2 years old is unacceptable. Would never buy nor recommend to anyone.
Also, despite the magnets designed to hold the mattress in place when the head is up, the mattress still slides down.

Had a wonderful time with Chris. His knowledge and professionalism were superb. He showed compassion and genuine concern. The mattress that I chose was the IE. I recommend that all who are shopping for a new mattress, will consider Sleep Number.
