Sparkle Car Wash is a decent drive-through car wash that offers a variety of services at reasonable prices. The automated car wash system does a good job of cleaning vehicles, with computer-controlled brushes ensuring a thorough clean. Customers appreciate the on-site self-service machines that provide warm water and a range of cleaning chemicals. However, the car wash experience has its shortcomings. The vacuum crew has been described as slackers, and some customers have reported inconsistent interior cleaning, with one incident of a rude interaction with a staff member. Additionally, some customers have found that their cars still have dirty spots after the wash, despite the overall decent cleaning. Overall, Sparkle Car Wash provides a convenient and generally satisfactory car washing experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and ensuring a consistently thorough clean.
I am a frequent user of this place and always get the full wash with detailing. They always to a great job. Shout out to the gentleman who wears a red shirt (manager I think). He always gives great attention to detail. Cool dude. The whole crew is awesome. I’m the guy with the Red Pickup Ram. Thanks all
