I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! I was not even a current customer but I needed a special medicine compounded because the other pharmacy I used in Wilkes-Barre couldn’t get it anymore. The owner called my doctor himself that day to get the information on what was needed, and he shipped it out to me the next business day since I don’t live close and was in a hurry to get it. He also kept me updated on the process via text. Their customer service is outstanding! I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Always been wonderful. Always had my medication compounded in a timely manner. Always polite and helpful. Couldn’t think of a complaint if I tried.

3 days going back and forth they had my script then they didn't over 3 days when the med. was compounded I went to pick it up they could not compound 50mg. So they did 25. Did not call me and let me know.Ok so I renewed the same script. went to pick it up came home and checked the bottle so it now said 50 mg.2 tablets twice a day so the pharmacy mis labled the script should be 2 pills 25 mg twice a day. Check your scripts

Very good pharmacy. They put care and patienceinto their compounds, very helpful on the phone and answer any questions I have! Never had any issues with this pharmacy. I have been coming for years and recommend them to anyone! ????

Some of the employees here are very friendly and helpful while others are completely opposite. I had a conversation with one of the female employees over the phone asking if my prescription was ready and she was very short with me. She had a huge attitude problem telling me no it wasn't and I had to wait the full 24 hours. Then magically I received a text alert 5 minutes later that it was ready. A little bit of customer service goes a long way especially when you're working with people that are ill.

They have been able to get 2 different hard to find OTC eye solutions for me and be considerably less expensive than the one chain Drug store where I used to get them. Thanks!!!

Extremely slow service. Went to this pharmacy because that is where my vet sent the prescription. I was there for almost an hour. It's not like they had to prepare the prescription because it was already in pill form. There was another person there who was waiting almost as long.

Stroud Compounding is a great local pharmacy. Two of our daughters needed a prescription that the big box pharmacies needed 4 days to get. James (the owner) was able to get it for us the next day, and he also worked hard to help us sort out the insurance so that everything was billed properly. We come here for our prescriptions whenever possible.
