Digital coupons did not reflect my total. I tried to call, no answer. The website was horrible to try to fix it or to chat with customer service.

Was in town to celebrate Thanksgiving to celebrate with friends and family and we went to Walmart but there were closed so we went shop rite supermarket here instead, The clerks by the name Michelle and Brayden was really helpful, there made us feel very comfortable and family-like and I was able to use a coupon while I was checking out at the cash wrap-register area. two thumbs up. we had the choice to go to the Giant supermarket I'm glad we came here instead . two thumbs up. my mother likes ShopRite I know there is a shop rite in Brooklyn, NY near Gateway mall and a next shop rite on Mcdonald Avenue. this shop rite was two thumbs up ......everyone was really helpful !!!! P.S. I bought some stuff over from NY to P.A. from family dollar stores in NYC but it wasn't enough I'm glad this supermarket was open on thanksgiving day, we had the chance to pick up last-minute items at the supermarket!!!!!, there very similar to Wesis supermarket or Giant supermarket

Incredible. Amazing. Bomb for comb!!! Amazing shop rite. It's same as jersey. There are some real negatives, big ones but not enough to discourage me from this amazing land. 1) the self check out. If you used it I don't even need to explain. They need real check out lines it's really close to a deal breaker for me. It's awful beyond words 2) I've been coming here for 10 months. I've gone at noon, 10 am, 6pm--wait every hour of the day--I have yet to speak to a person at the seafood counter. It's a disgrace. They hide in the back and if you call to them they ignore you. It's not good at all. 3) condiment selection Despite these incredibly major flaws it's still a great store. 5 stars

As a mother of two young children who is struggling and can use every little bit of help possibly. This store failed me and the manager Kyran chose to make my life harder. I received coupons from my child's school for groceries. There is nothing limiting the number of coupons per transaction. They follow the store policy as well. Kyran said it was her discretion to not allow it. How would it effect her or the store by using the coupons. It however effected my children a lot. After shopping for an hour and being 6pm we had to leave with no food for dinner.

You can take the Shoprite out of a poor neighborhood, but you can't take the poor customer service out of the Shoprite. It's really one problem after another, with absolutely no customer appreciation. When they were at the other location, I quit doing business with them for over two years, unless absolutely necessary. Now, at their new location, nothing has changed. The most recent issues, were first, I purchased a ham around the holidays, which they overcharged me on. By $13.13. So I had to go back to the store, and they refunded the difference. No more. Nothing for my inconvenience. No apology. Just the overcharge. But what adds insult to injury, is that when we got ready to prepare the ham, it was the worst ham I've ever seen in my life. It was spiral sliced, and the slices ranged from 1/8" thick to over 1/2" thick. It looked like a ham cut into hamsteaks, and it had a slime covering over the entire ham. I contacted them, had a lengthy conversation with "Nancy" who represented that she was in management/supervision, and assured me she would "take care of me" with additional for my time and the loss of our meal. She asked that I see her personally about it. I went back on a day she told me she worked, but she wasn't there. They told me when she would be working next, and I went in again. This time they told me they made a mistake and she wasn't going to be in till much later. So the third time I went in, I took them an 8-1/2 x 11" color print of the ham, in case she wasn't there. She wasn't, so I left it with the representative, with my name and number on the back of it, and told them to please be sure to have her call me. It's been over a month, and still no call. So today, I went back to return some Skim Plus that was purchased five days ago. This stuff has an expiration of usally thirty days after the purchase, but not noticing, these two were expired Jan. 30th, a week before the purchase. Again, I recieved a refund of the $9.00 (4.49 each for two) and still nothing for my time, trouble or diarrhoea I had because I didn't realize the one I used was well expired. At that time, I mentioned again that "Nancy" still never contacted me, and that when I got back home, I was going to leave this review on social media, with exactly the same opening line I used in this post. They seemed to have no problem with it whatsoever. Then, I went back to buy the Skim Plus again, and sure enough, there was still one (the only lactose free) in the cooler that had the same 1/30/21 expiration. I have photos of the ham, the Skim Plus in the cooler today, and an extra one of my smoker (unrelated) just to show that I know what I'm talking about and not just trying to cost them business. But I don't know if it will let me upload them. Needless to say, I will continue to go to this store only when I have no other choice. Last week, I drove 16 miles each way, to go to Kinsley Shoprite, just to avoid Stroudsburg. Kinsley's is a great Shoprite, and one that I'm sure the Stroudsburg location tried to copy, but they are obviously not close.

Just because of all this craziness going on doesn't mean you have to be rude the staff dosen't even want to talk to you we still need to be polite and they say they care but their attitude and disposition says otherwise

Literally the best thing about our trip out here! It is not like any shop rite I've been to. It's more like a Whole Foods in that it has a delicious hot bar, great selection of beer and wine and a even a bar!! The bar also has tv screens! The hot bar has 7.99/lb and a great variety of food (fruit, meats, veggies, bbq too). The Mac n cheese was a hit and so was the potatoes! Actually everything I tried was great!Don't go to the mall food court next door. This is way better and cheaper.

The store is too large....it is trying to be Wegmans...not working.Somewhat expensive for the area.No homemade rice pudding like the Daleville store.Strange refrigerated section...everything is in a door case ,no open cases so it's hard to locate items also I think down the road they will have problems with this, just sayin.Of all the Bills shop-rite stores Daleville is best, Mt.Pocono is worst and I hate Brodheadsville So we never go there.

Everything you could want in a grocery store. I'm writing this review because of their sushi. Prices are very fair, the sushi is fresh, made professionally and tastes really really good!

Some of these low reviews are just plain false seeing as one woman mentions she's been going here for years when it has only just opened recently. Shoprite is always pretty good but out of all the 3 shoprites in proximity to me this one is the best. The other two are in washington and east stroudsburg, washington being better. The sushi is great.

Place is reopened and it just became one of the best grocery stores I've ever been it, hands down. The General deck is very clean clean, they do carry organic produce and fresh caught fish, for example, and products are neatly organized. The staff is about and around and helpful. Prices are okay and not too expensive. This store can easily compete with Whole Foods as far as quality. Highly recommend. PS: Parking can be a bit of a pain if you want to park close to the mall, like everyone else. Be ready to park 200Ft away and burn 22 calories. You will be okay!

Went to shoprite and decided to get a bite to eat at the VFG diner. The service was absolutely horrible as well as the food. I asked the women working there if she could heat up some food that was cold and she said no I can't do that. The food is also overpriced. Here's a pictures of a "cheesesteak".

This place is incredible. At five stars this place is underrated. Tons and tons of fresh options. Can even get alcoholic beverages as well. Apparently this review is for the new facility and not the old ShopRite. This store was hopping with lots of people. It's a shame the mall it's attached to is such garbage.

My family has been shopping at the Stroudsburg Shoprite for 26 years. Over the past year or so the produce section of the store is very disappointing. The vegetables are anything but fresh (green bean selection this morning). Lately I have been going to Giant in Bartonsville for my produce. Now that Shoprite will be moving to the mall area I will be reluctant to shop there if the selection of produce will not change. With the new giant opening in E. Burg I may do the bulk of my shop there even though the prices may be higher.
