  Went there for ice and lottery, lady seemed nice enough. Got home, some lottery tickets missing, took a quick ride back to ask if I’d left them on the counter and was told she handed me everything. How am I missing $20 in lottery tickets? Be careful at this place, they must have fell into her pocket.

  I pulled up last night at 9:50 to run in quickly to grab my smokes. The employee there saw me drive up and immediately locked the door. I didn’t know they closed at 9:50 instead of 10 per their hours posted. So incredibly rude.
  
  Not to mention some days (depending on the employee) accepts Marlboro coupons and other days they don’t. Make it make sense

  Apparently employees don’t know their hours! Went to grab something and made it at 9:50 when their hours say they don’t close until 10pm. Got there lights were on employees were there but the door was locked and the woman working was very rude when telling me they were closed which again I do not understand because their closing time is 10pm. I get it there are times when I would like to get home too but she didn’t have to be so rude when I knocked and even said I’ll be quick and you guys don’t close until 10. I’ve never had to deal with that and I’m very unhappy. There was plenty of times where I’ve had to go last minute and no employee has actually locked the door and been rude when answering.

  I am a regular at a different turkey hill for years , that being said I am also a smoker. I know what coupons the app has and to put your number in the machine also is how you get all discounts. The young girl behind the counter kept arguing saying she couldn’t scan the app because you put your number in. I asked multiple times for her to do it at least if she thought she was right she would prove me wrong. She acted as if it was her $1 and she did t want to share. She would not scan it . I would not be so aggravated if I didn’t know how it worked. What was the deal to scan it. Ps the one on 611 in tannersville the woman are amazing. Will never go here again would rather drive the two extra minutes

  Absolutele embarrassment of a so called “convenience” store. You’d better get there 15 minutes before closing because they will close the doors early on you. Unbelievable.

  Total scammers ! Their price on the bill board its not what u pay for. This is been going on for a long while now. Right now 1/10/23 it says 3.32, but when u go and pull the handle up its 3.52. Mind you, this is paying with cash!!!!!They need to be ashame of their scams!!!!!

  I remember when this store first opened in 1992. I've stopped there several times since then. They do have a good selection of food and drinks there. The only thing they need improvement on is lack of parking spaces and having enough room for an easier gas fuel up.

  Trying to find a higher manager than Lynn! She is unprofessional and should not be a store manager here! They can do better finding someone professional and with better experience of how to treat customers and overall CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not even customers only employees too! There is 1 unprofessional assistance manager her name is Emily! She should not be allowed to talk the way she does to customers! I really hope I can get a higher manager that is not Lynn to contact me because there should be something done people like this need to be suspended or something for their ways of treating customers! I will drive the extra miles to never come back to turkey hill again and to deal with this kind of low life people!

  I went to buy a 24 oz Prego pasta sauce for me and my freind and it said it was 3.49 which is expensive but when I went to the counter the said it was 5.99 which is insane. This is absolutely ridiculous!
