Verizon sales woman lied about current perks. Did not include internet offer of $39.49 so they charged me $113.39. I upgraded 2 phones but they kept one phone active for an additional $114.00. There was also a Disney, Hulu, Netfix, youtube premium and Max for $10/month perk. They charged me $90.00. The cost is really $30.00.
Beware of this store!! My bill went from $198.00 to $449.00.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aritza at this Verizon location. As a loyal customer and small business owner, I expected honesty and transparency. Instead, I experienced what felt like a pushy, misleading sales tactic rooted in dishonesty.
Aritza’s lack of professionalism and what came across as scamming behavior to secure a sale is completely unacceptable.

I received truly professional service at the Verizon store today. I intend to go back and get the name of the representative who helped me immediately, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. Having been a Verizon customer for 23 years, I can attest that individuals of his caliber are a significant asset to the company.Thank You.

I went into Verizon Wireless to see about getting my daughter’s phone fixed. The staff offered a replacement phone and assured me there would be no additional charges. I made it very clear that I did not want any extra fees or changes to my plan, and they confirmed multiple times that the phone was free since it was a lower-grade model.
Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true — I later discovered added charges on my bill. I feel misled and extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency. I trusted what I was told in-store, and now I’m left dealing with unexpected costs. Very disappointed with the experience.

On Monday my Pixel went completely dead. I went to Verizon where David helped me with my new iPhone16. When my phone was delivered to my home, I went back where Amit had his work cut out for him. Amit spent a lot of time and extreme patience in setting up my new phone with my dead pixel. Thank you David for helping me choose my phone and Amit for your knowledge in setting it up.

Went for an in store pickup. Figured get acc there but the rep don't even know their own promos. Excuse I was on vacation. It's a damn accessory promo that has run for years. Buyer beware.
