This is possibly the worst pharmacy experience ever. Take your medication order anyplace else. The store on 611 seems to be managed and run by complete novice’s. They never answer the phones and like to play “Keep the customer on hold” by repeatedly pressing the hold button. This experience has happened to me almost on every single occasion I called. They never filled my Order and never called or texted any updates. Needless to say one months later and here I am calling and playing along with their keep the customer on hold game. This time it took 45 min to get someone to actually speak on the phone. I was told they received the refill prescription but that I had to call and activate the order. I never heard of this and never experienced any event where I had to activate a doctors medication order. Save yourself a ton of frustration and that you medication orders elsewhere. Horrible phone experience with this pharmacy.

I love this Walgreens! The staff is always friendly and willing to help out with what the customers are asking about. I usually don’t shop within the store itself but I use the pharmacy as it’s very convenient to me. Teagan, the only pharmacist there now, has always been super helpful and kind. If I am on an antibiotic, she always makes sure that she answers any questions that I may have.
When I was pretty sick in the beginning of the year (the flu; February 2025) the other pharmacist said that one of my maintenance meds was on back order - their warehouse didn’t have it - for 3 weeks. When I’d mentioned this to Teagan, she told me to have a seat (I was wearing a mask) and about 5 to 8 minutes later, she told me that the medication wasn’t really on back order and to give her about 48 hours to get the medication. 36 hours later, my medication arrived and I was able to pick it up.
The pharmacy staff are far more professional and kinder than most of the other pharmacies in the area.

They are the worst! I placed a pick up order, this is supposed to be more convenient, not at Walgreens. I was instructed to go to photo counter for pick up, no employee there, had to wait over ten mins until someone came. Then I was instructed to take my items to the register for check out. What convenience is this! The store was busy so I waited in line another 10. So to pick up an online pick up order it took me almost half an hour, this is so ridiculous. The employees at the stores response was that it is the company procedure. I do not recommend using Walgreens order ahead, you can sholp yourself and save time. I will not be shopping online order in-store with this company.

The pharmacy is so unprofessional. I sat at the drive-through window watching the pharmacy tech, Teagan (or however you spell her name), ignore me for a whole 15 minutes while she laughed with her coworkers and purposely ignored customers(there were three of us in line that I felt bad for because I knew they were going to have to deal with the nasty attitudes as I did). I understand that it was 30 minutes before closing, but you are supplying people with medication. Your job is a necessity.
As I tried to talk to another tech to pick up my medication, she told me I wasn’t in the system. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for almost three years now. I told her that the she somehow found my information, but then she proceeded to tell me that my medication wouldn’t be ready because I came 10 minutes before closing , Even after I told her, I’ve been sitting here for almost 20 minutes before before she came over to me. Teagan kept laughing and saying over and over in the background “why why why” As if she was annoyed, I couldn’t hear her but the glasses see-through so I could read her lips.
You guys should get a new pharmacy staff or at least install a privacy window at the drive-through. This experience was very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning

There’s one guy in the pharmacy that is very rude! I don’t know his name but I know his face!! Speaking to him over the phone or in person! Trust me I will let him/them know the next time I’m there!!! Zero Stars!!!

This is a great pharmacy and store. They are fast. I like using the drive-up window. I went to the doctor's office and they called in prescriptions for me, and they were ready when I went there right afterwards. They are able to refill large orders like for 90 days and 180 days, which is very helpful. I was also happy to get the COVID booster there. Very pleasant pharmacist and staff.

The other gent in customer service is Juwan, always smiling always ready to help as long as I remember him in this store.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Always takes forever to get prescription even if theres no line and there is always some sort of issue. Avoid at all costs. Switching to another pharmacy
