I Use the phone app to order ahead. Thewhole purpose is that it's " Ready and Correct" when you get there. It was my bday so my latte was free. I pulled up to the order screen and said phone app order for Michele, now at this point if there wasn't a phone order for me they should have said we don't have it but let me take it now. Instead I'm told to pull up. There are 4 cars in front of me and by the time I get to the window to be told there's no order for me,there are now 4 cars behind me. Instead of taking my order at the window against STARBUCKS POLICY I'm told to pull around and order it at the drive thru. Well Happy friggin birthday to me! This location is not consistent.

Nice SBUX location. Drivethru is fast and high quality, ordering from inside, not so much... Be prepared to stand for 10 minutes on a low-volume day.

The customer service from Justin was outstanding! We travel all over the country for work and don’t get good customer service anymore but we had it from him. This store is always clean and nice as well! Very pleased with this Starbucks!

Sometimes the services are good, but very rarely and most of the time they prepare horrible drinks. I never thought Starbucks would get to that point.

Most of the reviews are true. I come here and to the dispensary next door every Friday and have for about 2 years. I always place my Starbucks order before going into the dispensary and by the time I come back out, anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes later, my drink still isn’t ready. I find myself waiting another 25 minutes, one time waited an extra 45 minutes inside Starbucks for my drink that said would be done in 10 minutes. This location is very understaffed and I can only imagine the struggle, so I don’t complain much. I honestly feel bad for the workers that do show up. I give my props to them, I’d probably have quit. The seating area is full of people every time, I mean people look and act like scavengers, standing there at the counter with wild eyes, waiting to devour their 10 dollar coffee like they’re some kind of animals in the wild. Once saw an employee on the verge of tears- this location isn’t equipped for the amount of business they are getting and all the weight falls back onto the employees who are only trying to make a living. Please remember that when they are serving YOU! However, my orders have been being messed up lately as well, so sometimes I’m inside Starbucks for over an hour waiting for my drinks only to need to wait for them to be remade. And 90% of the time the drinks don’t taste right even when they are made “right.” I never had this problem at this location before, and it’s impossible to get anyone behind the counter to talk to you and quiet frankly, I hate to say anything because I know they’re already dealing with so much. I don’t even say anything anymore when my drinks are wrong. I look around and see 20+ people in such a small area going bonkers for their coffee, so I just leave. Hoping for more staff, or that maybe after the holiday season things will slow down. Thanks to all the employees who are still here, regardless!

THEY SERVE THE DRIVE THRU NOT INSIDE. There were the same ten people waiting after 20 minutes before we figured out the 3-4 staff were just servicing the driver thru with drinks. I left without mine before there was a mutiny.
