“advanced auto tested my battery and said it was too labor intensive for them to install. firestone was right up the street so i called and they told me to bring it right in. i did not have a prior appointment but they took me in, no problem and even stayed late to finish installation. when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, i explained i no longer had a ride and offered to come the next morning but the manager sent a car for me so i would be able to have my vehicle back that very same night. manager shane was kind, professional, courteous and absolutely went the extra mile where other shops would have just closed and finished the job the next day. thank you shane and the technicians that worked on my car!! you are so so appreciated! i will definitely be back AND recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto service/repair.”
