Some people really love their vehicles, I'm one of those people. It is never easy when your car gets hit and you have to turn it over to someone to fix it.It is important that the shop is several things.....Professional, competent, caring, responsive and most important - Committed to solving the inevitable problems that Will Happen.My 2021 Toyota 4Runner suffered such a mishap on a trip back from Ft. Bragg NC almost a year ago. Covid, supply chain, parts, and paint matching (made difficult by Toyota) ALL played a part.I naively thought plug the paint code in to the computer and WaLa spray it on and all good. That was when Chad, Charlie and their Painter came out with a Ream of Color "chips" in a book like you get at the paint store. What's that I say? These are how many variants there are to Your paint code ALL different shades of the same Toyota color.Long story short - Thank you Charlie and your team. They stuck it out and we all stayed patient until we got what was a good outcome. “After having independence ford of Bloomsburg cancel my appointment due to an overbooking less than 24 hours before my scheduled appt i had made almost 3 weeks prior. I called sunbury quick lane and left a message, amber called me back within the hour said bring it down we will get it in. Not only did they get my car in for oil change and tire rotation it was done within an hour of dropping it off! I will be making my scheduled maintenance appointments thru them from now on. I cant thank them enough!!!”

“My truck broke down and my husband and I are on limited income and only have one vehicle. Mark Kerstetter did an amazing job and got my truck in ASAP and had it repaired in a pretty fast amount of time based on the three main issues that were wrong with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and service department. I would also like to add that the mechanic who worked on my truck went over and above by doing a super job repairing my truck while doing a check over and making me feel better that it's in pretty good shape for an older vehicle.”
