Even though I wish they were opened on Saturday or the hours during the week were extended the ladies at this facility were very helpful and I appreciated them taking the time for excellent customer service. Thank you

DON'T GO HERE! I used my credit card from this bank to reserve a hotel room. I paid cash upon arriving at the hotel. The hotel charged my credit card anyway. Showed my receipt to this bank and opened a dispute. Unbelievably, the bank sided with the hotel! Needless to say I will be banking somewhere else. I was only ever a client here due to the fact that it was purchased from BB&T and I was automatically transferred in.

This is the most difficult bank I have ever worked with. They do not answer their phones & when you finally reach an individual, they transfer you AT LEAST 3 times!!

Worse bank ever! Closed Milton branch so had to drive to Sunbury for everything. Never returned calls and fees are outrageous. Bank never open when we went even though hours said they were. Do not recommend at all!

Not very happy with them closing the Milton and Lewisburg branches. Sunbury and Williamsport are 45 minutes away from me. I work to 3:30 and they close at 4:00. Very inconvenient.

Hate the bank now they sure do get bankers hours now..what about all of workers .you cant even get in to see someone .customer service surely dont exist anymore. Maybe all other stores should close at 3 so you cant shop

They closed the Milton branch and no hours on Saturday in Sunbury. I get one check a month, that makes it hard to deposit it!

Very disappointed they are closing branches on Saturday. I count on being able to take care of some banking needs that can’t be accomplished on an ATM. If things don’t change, I will.

BB&T Market Leader Alicia Blount successfully opened an estate account for my mother when others had been unable to. Her subject matter expertise and customer service skills were outstanding. I'm a long-term BB&T/TRUIST customer because of her.
