When the movers arrived with my possessions, my unit was locked so I had to make other arrangements but the owner responded promptly and explained that my unit was one of the new ones that hadn't been unlocked yet. He also gave me a month for free and he was very professional. I would've given 5 stars but I cleared my unit on 08/06 and sent a message through the portal, didn't hear back for 2 weeks and couldn't reach anyone by phone. So I sent an email straight from my personal email address and asked if I would be refunded for the remainder of the month since I only used it for 6 days of August and whether or not I would be getting my deposit back. I got a response back quickly but all it said was "Lease closed" with no response to my question. I responded back to please let me know about the refund and deposit but still haven't heard back about it.Update: I wasn't able to respond to the comment from DMS but 70 wasn't my unit number.
