AWFUL just terrible supervisor didn't want to listen to anything I had to say talked over me the whole time. When I asked if my packages could be held bhe told me to come in do another change and address form and that's all he could do... I mean just going online and reading your policy you should be able to do A LOT more than that an to add on to the matter a change of address isn't even what I called to ask about!! YOUR POSTAL MEN FAILED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE had no reason or explanation on why and I was supposed to come in to change my address and just move on? WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGES YOUR POSTMAN DIDNT DELIVER TO ME??!

THIS POST OFFICE IS ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY SICKENING… AND USPS IN GENERAL. ORDER FROM THE SAME COMPANY EVERY SINGLE WEEK AND EVERY SINGLE WEEK IT IS AN ISSUE WITH USPS DELIVERY. WHY PAY THE EXTRA COST FOR “PRIORITY” MAIL WHEN OBVIOUSLY MY PACKAGE IS NOT A PRIORITY… IT’S MISHANDLED, LOST, SHIPPED OFF TO ANOTHER FACILITY IT WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO BE AT… IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY PLEASE SPARE US AND GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TODAY’S ISSUE… PACKAGE ARRIVES IN SUNBURY PA AT 6:50 am AS USUAL AND EXPECTED TO BE OUT FOR DELIVERY SAME DAY. (AS IT SHOULD’VE BEEN, I LIVE 5 MINS FROM THE POST OFFICE!) … REALIZING QUITE SOME TIME GOES BY.. CHECK DELIVERY STATUS AND PACKAGE WAS SENT TO MILLVILLE, PA!!!! 30 MINS AWAY!! FOR WHAT REASON??!!!?!? CHANGING MY “EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY” TO MONDAY!!! CALL USPS 1-800 AND SPEAK TO A MALE “MENA” WHO COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND COULDN’T TELL ME ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT I COULD LITERALLY SEE MYSELF. I DID HOWEVER GET THE LOCAL POST OFFICE NUMBER FROM HIM. CALL SUNBURY AND ADAM TELLS ME MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER ACTUALLY EVEN THERE.. COME ON ADAM.. IT HAD TO BE SCANNED IN THERE FOR THE TRACKING TO UPDATE THAT IT ARRIVED AT SUNBURY!! MAYBE HE WAS TRYING TO COVER HIS OWN BEHIND MAYBE HE WAS THE REASON MY PACKAGE DIDNT GET SENT OUT THE DOOR TO MY HOUSE INSTEAD OF MILLVILLE!!! I HATE USPS AND IM LEAVING GARBAGE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN!!

Supervisor Adam can’t be bothered to help or talk to people who need assistance he will turn away from you and say whatever while walking away completely disregarding the issue at hand. If he hasn’t heard of the issue he’ll say well this is the 1st I heard of it although whether it is 1st or 50th it should not matter. Don’t go here for a passport either they’ll mess up your application and then tell you they can’t help you and to come back a different day.

The worst post office I've ever been to. They refuse to answer phones. They refuse to wait on you when their friends are there. The lady i had was so mean and nasty. Not just to me but also to elderly people.

I’ve been to this USPS location multiple times. Each and every time I come in for my shipping needs, I always have the best experience! Shoutout to Tony for his friendly service. I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name but he was very kind as well. I will come to this location over any other USPS location simply because of the quick, friendly, and courteous service I received!

Waited patiently for someone to assist me at the window. Said hi and excuse me after a few minutes. Someone finally came over and I politely asked for a book of stamps. She tossed them at me and was very curt. I'll just buy my stuff from Amazon

I've had mixed experiences here. Sometimes the staff has been pleasant and courteous and other times they have been short and rather miserable.I have rarely had much of a wait in line and they seem to be pretty proficient in their duties regardless of their demeanor.There is plenty of parking available although it is all on street parking.All in all, not the best or worst post office I've ever been to.

We've lived in our house for two years. Our carrier will continuously do complete turn arounds in our yard and leave packages on snow piles ON THE ROAD (even when our driveway is plowed) rather than walking them across the road to put them on our property. We have filed multiple complaints and have heard nothing other than a confirmation that our complaint was received. My husband called today and spoke to Erin regarding the most recent issue, as our yard is ripped up yet again. I watched the carrier back 3/4 of the way down our driveway, only to turn around IN OUR GRASS tearing it up at the bottom of our driveway. Erin informed us they are not required to carry our mail up our driveway (although FedEx and UPS and the other ones do) and that the carriers are not allowed to put their vehicles in reverse. We have NO other issues with ANY other companies except for USPS. Erin also had no desire to send anyone out to check out our driveway and yard that she caused damage to. Conveniently after my husband called, I received an email about our package stating they were unable to deliver it. Then they also informed me that they will no longer deliver packages to us due to the carrier not being able to turn around, we are now required to pick up all packages at the post office that are shipped through them.

What a horrendously slow post office. I've been waiting for a check that everyone else got a week ago, and even though I live the closest it's taking the longest to get to me just because I live in Sunbury. Fix your system!
