Lady behind the counter made ZERO eye contact with me throughout my entire passport application process. She was rude and acted inconvenienced despite there being no other customers present, saying she doesn’t understand why people from Binghamton don’t just go to the Binghamton post office to submit their passport applications. I told her I was closer to Susquehanna and how it was the first location to populate online for passport processing. She shrugged that off and dragged me through the process. I want to love this beautiful area, but every time I come here I get the feeling I’m not welcome. One of the poorest exchanges I’ve had in a long time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to buy stamps and lady just finished helping a customer. When it was my turn, she told me you'll need to wait. She was tying up some sort of bag. As she was tying and without looking at me, she asked what is it that you want. I told her I just needed a book of stamps. Didn't ask what design I preferred, is there anything else you need, do you need a receipt, no thank you, nothing. She's an older woman, short haired blond, glasses and wears a dirty pink north face coat. Her attitude represents who she works for and I wonder how in the world she got this job.

This is a typical government office. No one is friendly and no one will go out of their way to help you. Save your time and go to a different office.

Susquehanna post office Main Street I had an ECC case to get resolved from postmaster Elizabeth. Very unprofessional and rude. Issue has not been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Unbelievable how upper management sweeps these issues under the rug. Rude and unprofessional. This post office a sad representation of the United States Postal Service. I feel sorry for customers in that area

I feel sorry for customers in that area. My previous post was deleted. Let me refresh some memories. This postmaster Elizabeth has created such an issue when she did, as stated by herself and the window clerk take and honor a change of address over the phone by a phony Power of attorney. How would you like your mail forwarded over the phone without proper verification. I hope that this gets properly addressed and not shoved under the rug. The postmaster Elizabeth and her Boss Corey never ever called me. I believe this is the first contact that should be taken when solving an issue not just sending a pre filled email. This is horrific

Jus had a new guy throw my mail on my porch and he could clearly my mailbox most all of the time the other mailladys come up to my porch and put my mail in the mailbox
