I had my 2nd Shingles Vaccine today 5/13 at 3:30 pm at CVS in Swarthmore PA. I was soooo impressed with the young pharmacist who gave me my shot. She was so friendly and kind. She read my history andasked about a previous adverse reaction to a flu vaccine. I did not get her name but she was afro - american and the sweetest person. I have renewed faith on health care😊🙏.
I highly recommend this location! They are knowledgeable, professional & so caring!

Giving store a one star review because Krista the cashier at the front made me feel threatened and got combative during an interaction I had with her for an exchange on a product I bought that was the wrong shady foundation. I bought the product, brought it back right after realizing it wasn’t the right shade. She did the exchange as a return, and when questioned, got very rude towards me. Never in my life have I ever had such bad customer service at the front of a CVS. Everyone else who works at this store is very personable and accommodating when returning/ exchanging anything. I only have ever exchanged a product out if it’s not the right color for something, considering I buy make up at CVS regularly, and they always have new brands I want to try.

Normally I go to the CVS in Media, PA but I went to the Swarthmore CVS today. As usual, I had issues using coupons and then a "manager" had to get involved. He was very rude and clearly did not want to help. It took 15 minutes and multiple attempts at ringing me up to get the issue resolved. I will not be going back to this CVS,

Well, Rich, the head pharmacist for almost two decades here, retired and I missed him and his ability to make things happen when others could or would not. Recently, however, a newer pharmacist here, Matt, was able to solve my prescription issues without sweating, complaining, or boomeranging. He handled it and communicated with me as things developed - and without prompting from me -- and solved my problem. That is what I call service. Thanks, Matt.
