I have completed 12 sessions at Optimum Physical Therapy in Swarthmore. Jamie was my therapist and did an amazing job. I like that the location is small allowing for more interaction between the therapist and the patient. My knee definitely feels stronger and I faithfully do the exercises recommended for the days I do not go to the location. I highly recommend going to this location if you want great results!!

I fully recommend Optimum PT. A decade ago, I had received treatment from Craig and been very satisfied. During my current PT, I am working with Talia. She is extremely competent, always on time and friendly. The facility is clean and has lots of parking.

As a retired physical therapist I wouldn’t go anywhere else for out-patient PT! I have been treated here twice before, for ortho problems that were completely resolved with no return of symptoms. This is my first time with Olivia, PT and she is continuing Optimum’s high standards of care by PT’s (not PT aides or assistants as is the case at many chain physical therapy clinics). Olivia performed a thorough evaluation and carefully listened to my symptoms and goals. My treatment program has already provided pain relief and increased range of motion and strength after just a few sessions. I highly recommend Olivia and Optimum PT.

Last summer I went to Optimum/Swarthmore to get strength training for prostate cancer treatment and to deal with an arthritis found in my right hip. A complicating factor for my PT was my spinal stenosis which affected my right leg, which is something my therapist had to work around. I received a great set of exercises throughout my several weeks of sessions which provided excellent strength training while avoiding exacerbating my stenosis. These exercises I now do at home about 5 days per week taking about 40 minutes per session. I really value these and expect to carry them into my ongoing senior years. Still doing them several months after my sessions ended. Thanks Optimum!

I was frustrated and in a tough spot following a knee injury that was not ready for surgery. Talia and Craig provided excellent care and were prompt in responding to any concern I had. I had a goal on the first day and with their help we quickly reached it and continued on improving my ability to take care of daily activities and work. This is only my most recent excellent experience with optimum. Could not recommend higher and look forward to working with them for my post-op needs.
