“I took my truck to Big Dog Auto for an inspection and I was thoroughly impressed by James's professionalism and work ethic. As a woman, sometimes shops do try and get over but James focused on what the actual inspection entailed, explained in detailed what needed replaced and why, showed me all the old bulbs removed as well as the old brake pads he replaced. James informed me of an oil leak I had but ensured me it wasn't an urgent matter to stress about at the moment but also went ahead and provided a quote to fix in the future. He provided updates via text that included pick up time as well as costs. My whole experience was amazing and I will continue to use Big Dog Auto. Thanks again James and your son in law for the good work you guys do.”

“We had an unexpected tire emergency while traveling and ended up at Monroe Muffler right before closing. Travis went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he take us in at the last minute, but he stayed nearly two hours after closing trying to help resolve our situation and make sure we were safe.
When it became clear we needed additional tires, Travis took the time to order exactly what we needed and had everything ready for us the next morning so we could get all four tires replaced and get back on the road. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us.
