This store itself has very helpful, friendly, and professional staff, but it gets a lot of traffic and might not be fully stocked sometimes. Regarding CVS as an entity, their prices are not competitive on a lot of products. It seems that CVS charges double to triple the price on many products, compared to grocery stores, other drug stores, and warehouse stores. It really looks a lot like price gouging when comparing CVS prices with competitors. Why? If we didn't have coupons, we wouldn't bother to shop at CVS today. For example, on our visit today, CVS was charging almost $46 for a regular-sized bottle of vitamin C that goes for at least $15 cheaper than that at their competitors. Deodorants that go for $5 to $8 at competitors will cost $15 at CVS. Really?! Why, CVS? The company can still make a healthy profit without overpricing consumers. Customers deserve quality merchandise at fair and competitive prices. Consumers need responsible and compassionate care from drug stores, and CVS is not living up to the social contract that a company that sells healthcare products should be fulfilling.

We made an appointment to get vaccines done, and the lady said to come in anytime before 6pm. So, my husband was working a half day at his work. He’s active duty army. We got there as soon as we could and they were like oh no!! We’re shutting down for lunch so you gotta come back. Not in a nice tone of voice, but in the rudest, “you should have known better” tone. It would have been helpful to be told there was a time they close for lunch so we don’t go during that time. I think we’ll go elsewhere to get our shots.

Came to this location at 8:45. Door was locked and the staff could be seen inside on their phones. Shameful.

CVS is appalling in their approach to customer service and filling prescriptions. Items that are set-up for automatic refill, aren't and I ran out of the med I need. I have be on hold for over 40 minutes with pharmacy and no response.

Everything was in order and easy to see the items on the shelf. Very neat and put together store. Enjoy shopping in thid cvs, great customer service. Very friendly.....

They are letting a crazy psychopath ( black hair orangish skin ) now hides it with make up she steals from cvs. Stold tons 2 yrs ago. Robs disabled sr citizens . Tells cops they are crazy when reported so " don't pay any attention" if you want make up, tell her, she will get and sell it cheap stolen from cvs. She listens at doors,if she thinks you are asleep will open your deadbolt. Has a partner, a male. They watch, tip each other. Cops know She has multi personalities, be very careful!! A psychopath . They open ANY deadbolt and any mailbox.

It's incompetence and unprofessionalism had a terrible marriage and an even worse child that child would be CVS on Church Street.It all began on a sweltering hot summer day in the country like town of Swissvale. I was warned months prior to stay away from this specific CVS due to scrutinous eyes of over the hill pharmacist and bougie pencil like pharmacy techs. I felt that I could handle them I could handle anything. Well it seems they turned pettiness into an art form. According to corporate the lead pharmacist has been reported to other separate times for being unprofessional abruptly irrational and taking pharmaceutical red tape personally both to her and the patient. I agree the behavior changed completely over there. They made my visit seem like I was a prisoner trying to get some illegal narcotic when I never even was on any narcotics.Bottom line, Go to the next pharmacy.End.

They filled a script of mine but when I picked it up the entire bottle was powder! They refuse to fill it when I got upset n said loudly it was their fault the pharmacist hung up on me! Worst pharmacy ever!
