“I was traveling in PA to visit family this past July. On my way home, I had a dash light warning of low tire pressure. So I stopped to add air, and I noticed a nail was embedded in the tire. Not being from the area, I started a quick internet search to have the tire fixed. This was the 3rd place I called because the other two had an hour+ wait. The nice lady at Good Tire said, "C'mon over." So we did. I'm so glad I did.
I pulled in and discussed the problem with a technician. They immediately jacked up the car, removed the wheel, and started the repair. In less than 20 minutes, they completed a patch from the inside of the tire and reinstalled the wheel.
When I asked how long this would last (wondering if I would make it back to Michigan), he said that patch is good for the life of the tire. They were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. You folks are lucky to have this business in your area. If you require ANY work on your wheels or tires, I highly recommend Good Tire.
PS: While I was waiting, an older gent came in with an older, but pristine, pickup truck. He had a complaint about the tire pressure not being even. They listened and then topped off his tires. After he left, the tech said he's a regular. The treatment this man was accorded was so kind. This is just another reason to bring your business here!”

“Had a puncture on i80, they plugged it, but when re-inflated side wall had a bubble, because I had driven on the tire too far and ruined it. Jim's called around to locate a replacement. They got me back up and on the road within an hour. Great guys, honest and fair price.”

“Service is overall great, they had a used tire for my semi as they were having a hard time getting tires in the tire was $170 plus installation, but they charged heavy duty truck labor for a half an hour to change one tire, little bit more than I was expecting, but They were fast and efficient so 250 bucks for putting a used tire on I guess not too bad”

“I moved to Punxsy in Feb 2020 and literally the first night I was there I got a flat tire. Aside from the inconvenience of being closed on Sunday and Monday (as a lot of places are as it turns out in Jefferson County) the service was excellent, they were able to patch the tire and spared me the expense of having to buy a new one. As my residency went from temporary to permanent I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Something that has fallen out of favor of shops back in Northern Virigina of where I'm originally from, is bringing your own oil and filter. I much prefer Mobil 1 Extended Performance and their synthetic filters and they allowed me to supply that and just charge me the labor, a fair and honest deal. They are officially the only place I will bring my Chevrolet for any kind of service, big or small. They have an early bird drop box, they take appointments by phone, and I just learned today they do the Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection. If you need to get your GM vehicle serviced and you live in Jefferson County - look no further.”
