“Ordered at least $10,000 worth of materials from here, with the potential of ordering at least $20,000 - $30,000 more for various projects. The sliding patio door ($3000) was ordered in the wrong configuration. After being told that something would be done to correct it, it has been weeks and weeks of no action and no communication. Leads me to believe that nothing is going to be done. So now instead of them taking some sort of loss on the $3000 door, they won't be getting the $20,000 - $30,000 worth of business.

EDIT - December 2025 - Had productive communication with the store manager. We were able to reach a solution agreeable to both parties. The communication was sincere and helped me to feel much better about the whole situation. 4-stars”
