I called customer service 3 times to fix my data but they didn’t fix it I went to the At&t store in Tamaqua and Isaiah was there to help us he is always very nice and helpful he fixed my problem right away, he always gives us a great customer service. 5⭐️

Daphnelees was very professional and very knowledgeable at her job, talked to us like we’ve known each other for years and made the transaction very easy. I’ll definitely only want to deal with her going forward even though she’s like 50 minutes from my home store. 10/10

It was quite surprising to encounter a snarky AT&T representative at the Dollar Tree within the same shopping center, a full half-hour before the AT&T store, just four doors down, was even scheduled to open. Seeing an older, heavier woman in her company uniform trying to suck down an extra large iced coffee eagerly trying to skip ahead in line was off putting enough. However, the truly disappointing part was her incredibly rude and nasty reaction when the Dollar Tree card reader had a slight issue with my tap-to-pay. The impatient sighs and the way she acted as if I was intentionally holding her up were quite shocking. It's certainly not the kind of customer service one expects from someone representing a major cellular provider located mere steps away. My Mother's Day business will definitely be going to a different AT&T store, one where the representatives hopefully value customer courtesy a bit more even if they aren't in their own store. SMH.

The woman who provided our services seemed okay, but bad with customer service, we left that go and I wasn’t going to leave a review, maybe it was just a bad day. Just to find out that it wasn’t just her customer service that was terrible… Our phone bill came and was $900. An investigation was done by another store and by cooperate, here to find out she committed fraud on the account. If she doesn’t get fired for her ridiculous acts, don’t let Nichole touch your account unless you want several unnecessary (unasked for and unnecessary) lines open on your plan and a crazy bill…

Very knowledgeable without going over my head which happens, as I am not tech savvy. Took her time time to answer every question thoroughly. And was truly my best experience with any employee at at&t in the 12 years I have been using them!

I went there for a new phone, thought they were super nice and went well. Later found out I had a 120$ up charge on my bill, they said it would only be an additional charge of 10$ monthly on my bill. They added a new line and “up charged “ the new phone even though I declined. Watch your bill after visiting..

At this store Mr Astro helped me to my problem when everyone else said that it had no solution. He is a GREAT ASSET TO AT&T. Was planning on changing to Verizon but his treatment knowledge expertise patience and ability to solve the problem convince me to stay. A person that offers assistance on the products to choose from giving answers to all questions asked. Thank you for having such a wonderful person working for you. ALSO important is that hevspeaks Spanish as I do and English.

This store is disgraceful. Juliana is rude and disrespectful not just with my husband and I, but also the gentleman before us. She is truly a nasty human and should not be in customer service. The manager doesn't care how Juliana treats people. I went into the store with my husband, he was having issues with his phone. Stupid me, trusted the manager when she said I could get a new phone, watch and better plan cheaper than what I'm currently paying. I explained we are on a budget, and I couldn't go more than our current bill. I trusted her. My mistake. I received a bill for 485.00, for all the extra fees and my current bill is 25.00 more than old bill, after changing my plans and returning items. Don't trust them, they don't care about the customer. I am switching as soon as I can which is sad. I have been a very long time customer.
