We bought a set of Highwood Adirondack chairs. During a storm one of them went flying and a leg broke. My fault. I should have tied them down. As a temporary fix, I glued the broken leg back together again with West System kayak epoxy and called Highwood. An intelligent person answered the phone, took care of my questions, and for around $25 sent me a replacement part. The new leg was carefully packaged and there was plenty of new hardware as well as instructions included. The new part fit perfectly and the chair is as good as new. I have a lot of heart for a company that answers the phone and has parts available. High quality product and excellent customer service. I am a fan for life.

My mom bought me two weatherly rocking chairs for my birthday as I just had a baby who loves to be outside- they were beautiful and good quality, but simply too small for my husband to fit and not comfortable for either of us (seat was too small to add cushion and fit comfortably). Obviously returned them and was told that I would be responsible for return shipping -$265.00. When you order their product from other retailers (such as Amazon) you can return no cost to you. Doesn’t seem very fair. Also if the product doesn’t meet your needs, customer is responsible for shipping. When I called it was “it says on our website customer is responsible” when in fact it says they “could be”. I was met with “it’s our policy and we encourage people to shop around”. This company’s customer care is unbelievable and I do not recommend buying from them.

Bought the Weatherly 3 piece for my mom and it came missing a hardware kit for one of the chairs. We are in town temporarily and customer service refused to expedite shipping on one little kit despite it being entirely their error. My mom is 80+ and in assisted living so she won't be able to assemble the chair on her own. Hoping it comes in time so we can set it up for her. We are dealing with so much moving my mom to a facility, it felt like a slap in the face.

Im surprised by the negative reviews here. I purchased 2 adirondack chairs four or five years ago and they held up relatively well. Unfortunately, one day one of the slats broke so I reached out to Highwood about some replacement parts. Not only did they send the parts right away... a month later they sent me two brand new chairs (because the replacement parts were slightly different and they wanted my chairs to match). This was a class act. Thank you High Wood!

These chairs are made comfortable, convenient, and heavy (in a good way) with high quality materials. Sure shipping is delayed, demand is extremely high for outdoor entertainment now. They will scratch against hard surfaces but since the color is through the material it won’t be extremely obvious. Customer service is great, I received my chair with a cracked slat (folding/reclining Adirondack chair) that they quickly replaced in the mail. And response time when contacting

Last year I bought two Highwood Adirondack chairs. For many reasons I just assembled them today. Instructions were quite clear and the craftsmanship, superb. I realize they are expensive but believe me, they are worth it!

Sarah Coggiano HR Manager, likes to tinker with her employee’s state of mind, master manipulator, a liar extremely disrespectful, tried to make a complaint about this woman got sent to her, and she proceeded to spell her name wrong and tell me that the only person I would be able to speak about this matter with is her.. well John Quarmley will be speaking with me shortly I presume because this is indeed very unprofessional.

Waiting over 7 weeks now AFTER running my card immediately. If you can't meet your delivery promise then do not take orders. Very frustrating. Poor answers from customer service.

Placed my order June 28, 2020.....still waiting. Checked status of my order on Aug. 8th and was told it will ship in 2-3 weeks. Checked today and was told they should ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Is it really going to happen? Are these worth waiting for or will I be disappointed if they ever arrive.
