I really take issue with the fact that I just called because I have 4 scripts ready and can not pick up until Friday. I asked for a note to be added and was told they often do not see the notes and will just return them, really? It's Thanksgiving weekend, my work commute is 3 hours round trip and they can't put a note on my scripts that I am picking up on Friday. This is one of the many reasons the Rite Aids are going under. Maybe if they improved their customer service they would fair better.

worse customers service ever !!!!. I there was another place in town I would relocate and have way better service. 6 hours to fill a single prescription

The staff and pharmacist are always nice and helpful when dealing with me about any issues I've needed resolved regarding My prescriptions.I love there professionalism, I've never had an issue. keep up the great work!

I wish I could share, unfortunately you CAN NOT reach individual in the pharmacy. Attempted 29 times between 2 days to see if my "bactarin" script could go through. I called the front register that stated they didn't know what pharmacy was doing but no customers there. I proceed to call corporate. Staff is friendly but SERVICE leaves a lot to be desired.

The whole staff makes fun of there customers by looking at you and laughing calling me & other customers drug attics with there sly comments they're very unprofessional they speak out loud of on the medicine your prescribed in front of other customers which is a violation of HIPAA and they will be turned in and see how funny it is ! If all the females and everyone on staff have an issue with customers they shouldn't be working there at all they're very miserable and childish bullying customers over their medical issues That's a very sad If that's all they have to laugh about .. they should be laughing on their way to unemployment line or other towns shafers does not make fun of their customers and they're very polite without prejudice and criticism and judgments they're very understanding and caring of your situation on a medical standpoint..... Some people are too nice and don't say nothing and take it since they're the main ones that take a lot of insurance is so we all got to handle being mistreated and disrespected in front of our faces while the whole room is open to hear what they say and they look at you so you know it's about you.

Our Lansford Rite Aid store pharmacy is never stocked (you cant give insulin without pen needles)this Rite Aid pharmacy and workers are awesome always have the rx for you when you need it.Always friendly and polite.

Never have our prescriptions ready. Plus I have had medications sent in and they claim to not have it but it's on their shelves! They also ridiculously upcharge. Something I needed was 25.00 at rite aid due to "insurance not covering" but was 7.00 at the dollar store same product.

They never answer the phone, so you don't now if your prescription is even filled and ready. Incredibly rude as well.

Call to confirm medication is there, and pharmacist confirms. Arrive and get told that they have been out of my medication for weeks, and it'll come in on X day. Repeat.....again.....and again.
