“The entrance was ground level. Only a threshold to cross to get into the store; no steps or ramps needed. Staff is professional. As my Hoover vacuum cleaner is old, the gentleman said he would advise whether or not it was worth repairing, and also what the cost would be. I would receive a call first before moving forward on the repair.”
