Helpful associates that answer the phone when you call, unlike some other locales. Willing to help and look into delivery issues when they have every opportunity not to. Delivery mailmen/women are always polite and moving to get everything out as fast as they can. My mail is sometimes my neighbor's and vice-versa but with so many houses crammed together it's expected.

I have a mail delivery person who doesn't like to deliver the mail so she makes up excuses and doesn't deliver your mail for days. A complaint was filed and she came up with a lame excuse and her supervisor didn't do anything about the problem. No sooner was the problem brought to her bosses attention she again didn't deliver the mail the next day. I think I'm going to go past her boss and go to her bosses boss.

Very ignorant girl delivers packages, will often time throw them. Going to make sure she gets fired so she doesn’t affect the other delivery drivers who are great

Useless service. I had scheduled a package pickup at my address via the online website. I even called a day ahead with the local office to confirm it. She was smart with me on the phone, saying, you should just go schedule it online. Well, I did honey, but I reasonable expected you NOT notice. ? A guy answering the phone many months ago, had actually indicated to me, calling is the way to go so they can make sure the route driver knows the pick-up. He was good service employee. So I knew. This one, however, acts unconcerned, or unaware, then just takes my address, and hangs up with me. I did not feel confident after the call. My gut feeling said it's not being picked up. And lo and behold, today comes, and no pick-up. Today I called to check on the status. The guy answering says, let me check on this for you. I hear him screaming at a colleague in the background. A few minutes later, he says let me verify and call you back in a few minutes. He never called. What's the use of a service, if you dont do your job? These useless workers should go bankrupt, let's help them.

Can your drivers stop taking up 2 parking spots when they park. Not the usual lady that does east elm street the one that did it 9-9-23 parkin already sucks on this block.

I wonder who's the genius that suddenly refuses to deliver me my packages simply because my name isn't on the box of a home that I don't own. I've literally been here for a year and had other mail sent to me without needing my last name plastered on that box. What's the problem now?

Actual Neanderthals will close the doors 15 minutes before closing to get changed and look at you like you're in the wrong for going to the Federal office that's responsible for handling your mail.

6/9/23 nice experience here! No lines, no waiting and a courteous clerk. Totally different than Montgomery county PA! I'm not sure what their hours are but they seem to be open a good amount of the time. If I needed to use the post office I would definitely go back. My package was pricy to mail but I expected that.Plenty of ample parking in the street that's free! NO METERS! That's good news!

400 block Arlington Street mail:Second time this month you guys broke an expensive fragile antique of ours. Stop throwing stuff on our porch with the football passes. We watched you do it and heard the thud! It's total bull. Out hundreds of dollars now.
