BEWARE TRAVELERS: Maybe this is common knowledge among more frequent shoppers, but I stopped here to buy gifts with the expectation that I could return them at my home store if needed. You can only return clothes purchased here back to this location. You can not return to any other store or ship return. For a store that is located right on a major interstate, it seems purposefully deceitful.

I had a great experience shopping at the Abercrombie and Fitch store at the Pocono Premium Outlets. The store was really clean and well organized which made it easy to look around without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was laid out nicely and the shelves were fully stocked which is not always the case at outlet stores.
The staff here were super friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions about sizing and they were quick to help without being pushy. It felt like they actually cared and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for.
They had a solid selection of clothes and a lot of the classic Abercrombie styles. I found a few really nice pieces including jeans and hoodies that were marked down way more than I expected. The prices were better than what I usually find online so that was a big plus.
I also liked that the fitting rooms were clean and didn’t feel cramped. It made trying stuff on quick and easy. There was no pressure to rush and I appreciated that.
Overall this location is one of the better outlet stores I’ve been to. Good customer service clean space great deals and a relaxed shopping experience. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Everytime I come here the cashiers always have a great attitude and sense of humor! The clearance section is one of the best in the outlet!

Customer Service is always Hit or Miss when U visit, Usually a miss . As this time was as well . There was a male employee in the front of the store on his phone which he didn't break for a moment to say Hi, Hello or even what do U want .
Very few businesses don't really care if their employees say Anything to customers ... and yet they wonder why they are not making money and have to close stores .

The female employee wearing glasses was really rude. She was rude and inconsiderate. And I bought a sweatshirt and she put it in the smallest bag, so when I asked her to change the bag to a larger one, she got so annoyed that she changed the bag. Basically, it seemed like all employees didn't want to work.

Staff was great and saved me a ride to the store once explaining that the shirt I hoped to try on was only available online. They graciously talked me the the online sale. Thanks for hiring such good people.
