I was here yesterday with my family. Andrew was in the store at the time holding down the fort. He was a serious delight. He not only helped me, he was gracious with my son. It is clear that this gentleman is great with others and great at what he does. Later, Tara was in when I went back for a pair of pants in a pinch, she was also a gem. The staff here is solid.

Stopped in yesterday, Sunday a little before 5pm. There were three employees. One on register the other two were working on a report and folding clothes at the counter. I was waiting to pay behind a woman with a long order. Just stood there for at least 10 minutes with another customer in line behind me. I asked if one of the two could help me check out. The one sales girl said turned to me and said no I would have to wait for the girl at the register. I waited a couple of more minutes and the other lady finally took my order and explained they had a lot to do before they closed in TWO hours! Since when isn’t sales the most important part of their jobs? Very nasty, unfriendly employees. I’ll skip this store in the future!

I recently visited Carter's with the intention of picking up just one item, but thanks to Tara, I ended up discovering thousands of dollars worth of merchandise that I absolutely need! Tara is truly amazing and deserves all the praise. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the store and showing me products that I didn't even know I needed. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
What really stood out was how Tara handled my husband, who typically hates shopping. She took the time to explain why certain items are essential for our kids and how investing in high-quality products would save us time and money in the long run. Her ability to connect with both of us and address our concerns was impressive. Tara's customer service skills are top-notch, and she made us feel valued and understood.
I never write reviews, but Tara's exceptional service compelled me to share my experience. She truly deserves a raise and should be running this place! Her dedication to helping customers and her deep product knowledge make her an invaluable asset to Carter's. I will definitely be back on payday to shop more, thanks to Tara's outstanding assistance. If you're shopping at Carter's, make sure to ask for Tara – you won't be disappointed!

Very disappointed with this store. My wife went there on Saturday 12/3 morning and purchased $49 worth of merchandise. She went there to buy some clothes and take advantage of a special sale which included a free reindeer and book. Right after she pays the woman tells her it's too late to get the free gift. That she needed to spend 1 more dollar! The woman, as they do in all stores, should have said something. There was nothing posted and then the woman says it's too late we can't re-ring everything. Are you kidding me? My wife should have immediately returned everything but she was so mad she walked out with the purchase. I just think it's unprofessional and sad that a company as large as Carters can't be honest and upfront about things like this. Horrible store and although we live close by and buy a lot we will not go back. I'll go to another store but not this one.

Good selection of products, very nice staff, but we couldn't leverage the 30% discount due to credit card application because the application required a review... Very frustrating not getting the discount, but very happy to have purchased nice baby clothes.
